GC Motors is one of the UK's largest family-owned independent prestige, sports and 4x4 car dealerships and is expanding rapidly, we sell in excess of 100 cars per month and to keep up with demand we are looking for a Reliable, Consistent, Customer Focused Experienced Sales Controller to join us and strengthen our already high performing sales and management team and take us to even greater heights.
******Motor industry experience is a must for this role with at least 2 years car sales controller/management experience required******
We are offering a basic salary of up to £35000 for the right candidate and expect your on target earnings to be in the region of £65000 per annum with no ceiling, the sky is the limit with our bonus and commission scheme, as well as providing a company pension and use of our fully equipped company gym free of charge.
You will be be selling some of the most amazing motoring brands in the world such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Ferrari and many more and can be rightfully proud of the products that we stock and retail from our extensive premises in Harrogate.
Full on-site training is provided, however we are looking to recruit a high performing motor industry individual with a proven track record and stable career history who can join us and hit the ground running. You must also have a full driving licence free from excessive points.
Our cars are prepared to the highest standard and we are lucky enough to enjoy significant after sales facility and our own on-site fully equipped body shop, offering everything from small scuff repairs to full resprays, colour coding, carbon dipping and anything else a customer would or could desire.....
Duties as a Sales Controller would include, however are not limited to:
Coaching & Mentoring Sales Team to achieve consistently high results
Stacking and optimising deals for maximum profit
Valuation and inspection of part exchange vehicles
Proposing customers for finance and obtaining payouts
Upselling of add-on products both sales and regulated finance products
Ensure PPU & Sales targets are achieved
