GC Motors is one of the UK's largest family-owned independent prestige, sports and 4x4 car dealerships, selling over 120 cars every month. We are looking for a reliable, consistent, customer-focused and very high performing Business Manager to join and strengthen our already high performing team here at our state of the art premises in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Your role will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.
The successful candidate will have experience of working as a Business Manager within the Motor Trade at a busy car dealership and can demonstrate their financial contribution to the department in their previous positions.
You must have a working knowledge of the FCA and its processes.
Daily tasks will include:
Taking and processing of finance proposals to our panel of lenders
Ensuring all finance money is paid out in a timely fashion
Cash Conversions
Ensuring that the FCA processes are adhered to strictly in all aspects of the sales process
Upselling our in house extended guarantees and all other regulated products
Back selling of products/guarantees of cars that have gone out
This is by no means a comprehensive list, however we need someone that is not only 100% compliant, but is also hungry for success.
The package will depend on the experience and your abilities, however will be in excess of a main dealer salary package. A company pension is provided as is free of charge use of our fully equipped company gym.
