GC Motors is one of the UK's largest family-owned independent prestige, sports, and 4x4 car dealerships. We are looking for a reliable, consistent, customer-focused Business Manager to join and strengthen our already high-performing team.
Your role will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities all while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and driving the sales team to optimise opportunities within the business.
The successful candidate will have worked within a Car Dealership or similar sales environment and you will have experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Senior Sales Executive.
You must have a working knowledge of the FCA and its processes.
Tasks will include:
Taking finance information and processing with our panel of lenders
Running through the FCA’s processes and offering regulated products and ensuring a compliant process is always followed
Maximising Guarantee sales on leads provided to you by the team
Excellent relationship skills with both customers and the team
The ability to meet and exceed sales targets
You must also be instrumental in upselling products and increasing the profit of the dealership finance department. In the first instance, please reply using the Indeed application system.
The package will depend on the experience and your abilities but is in the region of £60,000.00 OTE.
