GC Motors are one of the UK's largest retailers of Prestige, Sports and 4x4 vehicles, selling over 120 cars per month, month in, month out from our state of the art premises in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, and as we expand further we now require extra staff to cope with demand.

As a Customer Care Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to excellence in customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer interaction, whether it's in person, over the phone, or online, exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting positive impression.

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, actively listening to their needs and providing timely assistance.
Resolve complaints, and address concerns with empathy and efficiency, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer issues.
Utilise our CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Collaborate with our sales and service teams to deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field such as service reception is preferred but not required.
