GC Motors Limited are an appointed representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd for the sale of Finance and General Insurance, who are fully authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Please note you will not own the vehicle outright until all payments are made. If you default on your finance payments, then the vehicle may be repossessed by the finance provider. You must be 18 years or older to apply for finance. Finance is not guaranteed, and any finance application is subject to a credit check and individual circumstances. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us. The finance provider will have their own Terms and Conditions, please contact them direct for further information.

Sub-prime finance is not guaranteed and may cost more than finance provided by a prime lender. We will try to obtain finance for you but there is no guarantee. It may be from a sub-prime lender, and if so, the cost of finance may likely be at a higher rate than prime lenders offer.
 

We are required to disclose, in good time before a credit agreement is made, the existence of commissions payable within our business. We will also disclose to you the commission model that our business relies on so you may confirm it is not discretionary. When you request it, we will disclose the amount of commissions payable, too.
You can submit a request for a Commission Disclosure at any time, and we will aim to respond to your request within 14 days.

If you remain dissatisfied after your case has been reviewed by our customer services team, you may wish to contact the Motor Ombudsman or the Financial Ombudsman Service. They an independent and fully-impartial dispute resolution body who can offer further advice on the Motor Industry Codes of Practice.

 

The Motor Ombudsman & the Financial Ombudsman Service will offer free impartial advice and when appropriate an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service that we are fully committed to in the event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute.
