GC Motors Finish top 3 for Customer Experience

After finishing 1st last year, GC Motors has done it again. Finishing in the Top 3 out of 13,000 dealers for our customer experience at the recent Autotrader awards.

Our final spot was determined by the UK’s Largest mystery shopping exercise, which looks right across all customer engagement touch points. From Enquiry, be that email or telephone right through to personalised video and handover.

GC Motors continue to invest in their customer experience levels, having in the past 18 months Increased our service capacity, set up a customer care team who act as a 1 stop concierge services for our customers, development of a new website and a new dealer management system meaning our team can spend more time looking after our customers rather than inputting data.
