Established in 2004, the Company continues to expand with aspirations to grow further and we currently have over 70 staff and an annual turnover in excess of £80 million.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Bodyshop Manager to join the team to manage the Bodyshop which employs a Supervisor, three Painters and three Wheel-technicians.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Optimise the efficiency of the Bodyshop team
• Effectively manage the workflow and organise workload
• Control costs without compromising on quality
• Increase revenue opportunities
• Manage quality control ensuring GC Motors standards are met at all times
• Manage stock control and parts ordering
• Liaise with customers and sales colleagues
• Promote and advertise the Bodyshop via social media with assistance from Marketing Team
• Manage and develop the Bodyshop Team

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 2 years + proven Bodyshop experience
• Paint knowledge and experience are a necessity
• Team management experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proven organisational skills with a bias for speed and action
• A positive attitude
• A results driven mentality
• A full and valid UK Driving licence
• GCSE English and Maths
