APPRENTICE SERVICE ADVISOR

The Person

The successful applicant will be front of house facing will have a competent telephone manner and be strong, confident and professional when dealing with customers. You must have excellent time management and organisational skills and work well within a team. It is essential that you are computer literate - training will be given on how to use the company’s in-house systems.

The Role

As an apprentice you will be trained how to:

  • create customer confidence in the company by ensuring a professional performance.
  • ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication resulting in excellent customer service
  • record customer requirements and details accurately.
  • record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively operate a customer follow-up system.
  • effectively operate the dealership’s loading system.
  • maximise profit at all opportunities while advertising the company
  • maintain franchise standards
  • maximise service sales and profitability by using professional sales techniques.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm plus Saturdays as required with a National Living Wage rate for an apprentice
